Refrigeration tube series products
The freezing tube is suitable for the low-temperature storage of samples, and is used to store whole blood, serum, cells and other samples.
Using medical polypropylene (PP) as raw material, high temperature and high pressure disinfection, it can withstand low temperature to -196 ℃ in the gas environment of liquid nitrogen.
Safety precautions for use
1. Refrigeration tubes that have been certified by the manufacturer and are suitable for liquid nitrogen must be used.
2. The freezing tube should be stored in the gas phase above the liquid nitrogen, rather than immersed in the liquid, so as to avoid the infiltration of liquid nitrogen into the tube. Overcrowding of storage containers should be avoided.
3. If the sample must be stored in the liquid phase, please use a professional protective sleeve provided by a reliable provider to provide an additional external seal.
4. During the storage of frozen cells, the freezing temperature must be uniform.
5. The frozen sample size should not exceed the maximum working volume of the frozen tube.
6. All cryopreservation tubes have the possibility of explosion. When operating the cryopreservation tube for resuscitation, safety protection equipment should be used throughout the process, and the operation should be carried out on a safe test bench.
