Petri Dish

Petri Dish---Elaborate Design and Precision Manufacturing

1.Imported high-quality polystyrene is used as raw material. The surface of the Petri dish is smooth and the overall transparency is high, which is convenient for the growth and extension of cells adhering to the wall.

2.Sterilized with ethylene oxide to ensure sterility, it adopts the international tear type packaging.

3.It is suitable for cell, bacterial culture, drug sensitivity test, etc. it is also suitable for laboratory inoculation, scribing, colony separation and purification, etc.

Cleaning Procedure

Generally, there are four steps: soaking, brushing, pickling, and cleaning.

1. Soaking: new or used glassware should be soaked in clear water first to soften and dissolve attachments. New glassware should be simply brushed with tap water before use, and then soaked overnight with 5% hydrochloric acid; Used glassware often contains a lot of protein and grease, which is not easy to brush off after drying, so it should be immediately immersed in clean water for brushing after use.

2. Brushing: put the soaked glassware into detergent water and brush repeatedly with a soft brush. Do not leave dead corners, and prevent damage to the surface finish of utensils. Wash and dry the washed glassware for pickling.

3. Pickling: pickling is to immerse the above vessels in cleaning solution, also known as acid solution, and remove the possible residual substances on the surface of vessels through the strong oxidation of acid solution. Pickling should not be less than six hours, usually overnight or longer. Be careful when placing and taking containers.

4. Washing: the utensils after brushing and pickling must be fully washed with water. Whether the utensils are washed clean after pickling directly affects the success or failure of cell culture. After hand washing the pickled vessels, each vessel should be repeatedly "filled with water emptied" for at least 15 times, and finally soaked with re distilled water for 2-3 times, dried or dried and packed for standby.

Culture Plate

1.Adopt advanced surface treatment technology and manufacturing process of low-temperature polymer materials.

2.The combination of the cover and the bottom plate has moderate tightness, which is convenient for ventilation and prevents the contamination of the culture plate or the evaporation of liquid.

3.Various specifications meet various cell cultures.
